My Big Family

Graduated from Collège de Maisonneuve in 1987, I began my career as a dental hygienist right here at MES DENTISTES, formerly known as Clinique dentaire Michel A. Lavoie. Since then, I have had the pleasure of working with a dynamic and well-organized team. Solidarity, teamwork, passion, dedication, positivity, rigor, and professionalism are core values that are a valuable asset to our clinic.

I had the opportunity to redirect my career by proudly and enthusiastically accepting a position in human resources. This role has allowed me to take on new challenges while applying the knowledge and experience I acquired within the clinic. Today, my responsibilities include planning, organizing, coordinating, recruiting, managing replacements, as well as developing work tools and organizing training days.

My greatest challenge is to recruit rare gems, individuals who, through their involvement and dedication, exceed the expectations of our patients. I am committed to motivating and engaging team members, promoting continuous training, improving and updating work methods, while fostering a pleasant atmosphere and a harmonious environment.

My goal is to offer our valued patients a service distinguished by a warm welcome, effective communication, and professional care. An attractive clinic, with a team that truly listens.
