After graduating from Maisonneuve College in 1987, I started practicing as a dental hygienist here at the Michel A. Lavoie’s Dental Clinic. Since then, I have had the pleasure of working with a dynamic and organized team. Solidarity, team spirit, passion, dedication, a relaxed atmosphere, rigour and professionalism are the values that constitute the most valuable asset of the clinic.

I had the opportunity to reorient my career by accepting with pride and enthusiasm the HR position which allowed me to take on new challenges while using my knowledge and experience at the clinic. Now, my duties consist of planning, organizing, coordinating, recruiting, replacements, support tool development and continued training of our staff.

My biggest challenge is to recruit the rare gems that will contribute to the team with their dedication and involvement in exceeding every patient’s expectations. I Motivate the members of the team, promote continuing education, improve and update procedures and work methods, in order to promote a pleasant working atmosphere and a harmonious team effort.

My goal is to make our valued clients feel welcome, to encourage communicate among staff members, and to offer professional dental care.
